I'd give Clark a little more credit than that. He somehow got us through the Clinton Balkan rescue without a single American casualty. I think he'd do much better than the chimpistration, being competent, but he is still a military man. There may be no fixing the mess Bush has made. We seem intent on turning Iraq into Lebanon.
