Last night there was news that Richard Scrushy resigned from the board of directors. He was the CEO that was responsible for the accounting scam, although he was found not guilty at a trial this year.

There will be a business update next Tuesday December 13 at 8 in the morning in New York City and they will have a shareholders meeting on December 29.

As you can see, there is a lot of news that will be coming out about this company. This is a company that does $4 billion worth of business and makes a profit of about $650 million a year. Right now that money is going to pay for all of the lawsuits and fines and for the auditors to reconstruct the books. But, someday they will be paid off and then they can grow the company again.

This is a future S&P 500 stock trading on the pinks. You don't find many like that.
