Open Society " Mosenergo " has presented the program of input of new capacities

On Tuesday, on November, 6, press conference of the general director of Open Society " Mosenergo " A.JA has taken place. ??????? and the first assistant to the general director on strategy and a corporate policy(politics) D.V.Vasiljeva devoted to presentation of the Program of development and modernisation of a power system of the Moscow region for 2006-2020.
By A.J.Kopsova's words, the Program developed by joint efforts of Open Society of Russian Open Society " UES of Russia ", Open Society " Mosenergo ", the Governments of Moscow, the Russian academy of sciences, reflects the general(common) approach of all participants to development of a power supply system of region.
According to the Program, till 2010 capacity of power stations " Mosenergo ", and also the power stations which are located in the Moscow region and included in structure of Open Society of Russian Open Society " UES of Russia ", will increase on 2511 ???. From them 1725 ??? it will be received at commissioning new power units on THERMAL POWER STATION - 21, THERMAL POWER STATION - 26 and THERMAL POWER STATION - 27, and also new ???-??? in the Moscow area. Input of capacities at realization of the program of construction of generating capacities of the Government of Moscow at the same time is planned in volume 1500 ???. In 2010-2020 of capacity of Open Society " Mosenergo ", and also power stations of Open Society of Russian Open Societies " UES of Russia " located in the Moscow area, will increase for 7175 ???. 2000 ??? capacities will be put into operation by the Government of Moscow.
At modernisation of existing capacities use of the advanced ??????????? the technologies is planned, allowing to raise(increase) efficiency, to lower the charge of fuel and to improve ecological compatibility of installations.
For realization of the Program till 2010 of Open Society " Mosenergo " plans to involve 47,2 billion roubles of investments. From them 21 billion roubles - from own means of a society, 7,1 billion roubles - from proceeds of credit and 20 billion roubles - from investment means.
Under the application(statement) of the first assistant to the general director of Open Society " Mosenergo " on strategy and D.V.Vasiljeva's corporate policy(politics), the next ways of financing of the Program are considered(examined): ?????????? actions(shares) of a society, credits of the international financial organizations, creation of affiliated societies on the basis of thermal power station and attraction of investors to individual share in their capital.
Realization of the Program of development and modernisation of a power system by 2020 will double generating capacities of Open Society " Mosenergo " and will allow to satisfy completely a growing demand for the electric power in Moscow and the Moscow area. |
