What I said I did not want to discuss was your red herrings. I pointed out that your, "And yes, it's another liberal MSM & DNC myth that removing Saddam was only about "stockpiles" of WMD's & nothing else." ...was a red herring which was not under dispute and which I have no interest in discussing in the present context. Other red herrings that I have no time to discuss because you are merely offering them to obscure the discussion--knowing full well they are not under dispute are: SH was a bad guy, SH violated sanctions, SH was a danger, SH was aggressive and brutal, SH was sympathetic to terrorists and quite probably sponsored them. One does not need to "PROVE" these things at this stage. Most of us are well aware of these facts. So inasmuch as these facts (bluntly stated) have NOTHING to do with our discussion about whether the invasion may be justified as self defense--please drop your mindless cuts and pastes on these red herrings or else qualify the danger in terms of International Law to bolster an opinion on how self defense required this extreme measure. I'm not saying it did not. But it is obviously a point which is debatable and which will inform International guidelines in the legal structure which is being examined and planned. Iraq was invaded. The claim of self defense is a legitimate controversy where rational Americans have legitimate disagreements. So stop being a know it all. Your cut and pastes merely support that you cannot argue your own opinion. Indeed--you probably do not have your own opinion and would be clueless if you had to develop a world view without Greg Hunt and your other cut and pastes.
