Are they allowed to compare Q4 2005 to some kind of previous sales and earnings that are "pro forma," i.e., restating everything with only 60% of Spansion sales and losses factored in? I believe so. Of course in this case it will make the earnings improvement look worse, because their pro forma earnings for the prior period will increase given Spansion made a loss. Peter
