I called technical support and am up and running now. Between disabling the McAfee Privacy Service and rebooting, everything started working again. I wish I had slowed down the tech support guy a little so I knew exactly which one did the trick, but I'll play around with McAfee a little bit to see if that was the culprit. The support guy said there are known issues with that service and SSPro.
