I believe the upsurge was relating to a detailed article in IBD released on Thursday last week on Advance Communication System, also in the business of telecommunication focusing the dept of defense. The article was very favorable toward ACS and the telecommunication-defense industry as a whole. I missed this one...It came accross my screen at $13 and something. I looked at its fundamental and concluded that it was well priced since it already has backlog covering significant sales for 1998 and 1999. However, with no more money, I waited and missed it...Oh well...That is the way it goes.
