Been a heck of a day and this is the first moment I could be at my computer. No Ralph your suggestions are not stupid or naive. Essential oils are proven to be beneficial. So many have offered great advice, very thoughtful and kind. I have been battling some kind of allergic and or inflammatory response that is separate from the wear and tear of my damaged knee cartilage for a long time. One thing that helped a systemic inflammatory response was getting rid of my root canal, believe it or not! The many suggestions from yourself, Eva and Eric are appreciated. I have been working on some anti-yeast and organ cleansing lately, once I get that out of the way I can pursue some more supplements for my health. Mostly I was whining about the onset of winter!!! Used to ski a lot but today I do not dare in case it ends my golf life!! Cheers, Ogi
