Since the new "AP moderator" opts not to remove bans placed by the former "AP moderator" and the one prior to that and whomever was prior to that, then maybe they can at least include a link to this thread in the header. After all, he is a member in good standing as well as meeting all the requirements to effectuate such an event, as described more fully in Paragraph 5, Sec: B-3 Page 551, of The United Code of Silicon and which had indeed gained full approval, having been determined at an 11th hour meeting of the Board of Silicon, at the Governor's request no doubt.
