"The fourth estate doesn't want an educated, or mature, electorate, because they could not tell them what to believe, or how to vote. That would render the media useless."

I don't believe they were useless prior to shedding all pretext of objectivity. I actually believe that an organization dedicated to educating the public performs a great service. Just as we discussed on PGWB urinalism practised by the Times of both coasts is an obvious attempt to manipulate the weak minded.

Without Walter Cronkite we probably never would have made it to the moon. When the forth estate was on the side of right, instead of on the side of whiney Democrat Liberals they helped our country achieve some great things.

It really comes down to what children are motivated by. Conservative children want to grow up to be important business people and be paid for it. The children of whiney liberals want to grow up to be in the media so they can manipulate people and have a chance to make money off of liberal book buyers. If they were smart enough to study demographics, they would know that conservative books sell much better than liberal ones.
