Negatives: 1. Firecreek is in a business of discussions, meetings, and Memorandums of Understanding so far. “Memorandum of Understanding” in Eastern Europe is just a peace of paper which proves that sides have actually met. Nothing more than a legal document that used by EFCR to deduct travel expenses. 2. “additional funds will be required this year” and “additional funds will be required for ongoing acquisition and development programs”. Any ideas where those funds will come from? Dilution. Tomorrows trading will be interesting. Many investors just came home from work and found today's EFCR news. Will they decide to get out? We will see.
