That's the way I see it.
I just think it's hypocritical for people to blast Bushes capital gains cut to 15% when Clinton signed one lowering it to ZERO...plus the repercusions of doing it for real estate.

Who you favor repealing Bushes capital gains rate back to 21% and still leaving cap gains on the sale of a primary residence at ZERO?
