Rob, Well, the revival of the DD thread and a mention of Seagate on the Sandisk thread "made" me do it. I began with the post I am responding to, and read on for about 15-20 posts or so. Ah, the Seagate LBO. What a sweet deal. I'm sure that in a couple of years we will learn how this company has been "saved" and that it is miraculously worth 5 or 10 times management's generous offer. What a great thread we had back then. Too bad we never made the money we "shouldda" made. Regards, Sam
