Sounds like what any of the mainstream potential Democratic candidates would do, and very much how Bill governed. We could do a lot worse than Hillary - but I think we could do better in terms of a genuine personality moreso than a political machine. Of course, candid personalities like Biden are much less in fashion than moldable machine candidates like GWB and Hillary.
