I plan to eat the loss. Management seems shaky, momentum is against it, and the market is not being kind to small caps. I would hold on to see if the 4th quarter turns around, but I see another leg of selling in September. If the small caps don't stage a significant rally, investors stuck with a loss from July will give up. Then they will get hammered. It will be a long time before this stock gets above 10 again.
