What do you know about the issue anyway? All you do is run back to the FDA panel and believe that the side effects are no worse than an aspirin overdose. Then when it comes to the social aspect, you argue for sexual license and convenience and denounce anyone who even dares bring up the moral issue as a "wingnut."

Undeserved labeling I am sure. Never mind that religious zealots (like you) have allowed your bizarre brand of morality to trump science...so, yes, as long as wingnuts are in control of the country they will suck up to these misguided notions and the people who espouse them, and we will continue to do nothing to reduce rampant teen age pregnancies but advocate abstinence, we will do abortions that don't need to happen, legally or otherwise, won't fund stem cell research, will doctor up scientific studies and use that as proof that global warming doesn't exist, and pass "intelligent" design as science. We have become the joke of the world and people are beginning to pay a tangible price for your side's stupidity.

Lots of 24-hour pharmacies out there, so there's no excuse.

Get informed please...you are ignorant. There are pharmacies, particularly in the bible belt regions of the country, that have refused to stock it and won't even fill a PRESCRIPTION, against established laws by the way.
