And yesterday's falling out of bed was pretty ugly

I wouldn't quite characterize it that way. On the daily charts yesterday was only a minor blip, and the uptrend from the October low is still intact.

In all fairness though, many indicators support the idea that a near term top may be at hand.

If your "falling out of bed" was the decline around 3:00 yesterday, which can be seen only on intraday charts (such as the hourly chart below), I'd note that the ADX indicates that the strength of the decline is weak, which leads me to believe yesterday's decline might end up as yet another buyable pullback.
