Making that determination now would be a waste of time considering that it is seven (7) years after the fact. I don't know what the TOU and operating policies were at that time regarding thread headers.

I generally toast any new boards that are solicitations or promotions of other sites, particularly pay sites. SI has always allowed members to list their business affiliation in their Profiles.
