I recieved my investor's information package but it failed to include some very important information (I assume it is because of all the changes over the past few months).

The key information I wish to know is, how many shares of common stock and preferred stock are outstanding?

An SEC document I found on the Edgar database stated that there were 38,894,450 common shares and 1,578,001 preferred shares as of 6/14/96.

I assume it includes the TWT shares (As preferred shares prior to their conversion as common shares). I also assume the numbers do not reflect the 1,350,000 shares and options given to Vistaquest. I also assume the numbers do not include the cancellation of 333,333 AIC preferred shares (later converted to 35,000,000 common shares).

Does anyone know how many common and preferred shares are outstanding and what conversion rate the preferred shares have?
