There are degrees of honesty and thus dishonesty among all men. That is what I say. Politicians are men. Politicians face very complex matters of honesty that are far more difficult to navigate.

I would agree there are degrees of dishonesty among men.

I consider PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH to be a very honest man.
