Very good Ron,

I played FLOW a couple of times earlier this Fall, one good, one bad, if I remember right. Quit when they put the 'E' on it..:) I will start watching it again..

I sold LCRD on the little pop today. Didn't really understand it and when I read about it, I didn't feel comfortable holding it. Oh well, made a few bucks on a mistake really.

Holding LMNX at roughly b/e.. Don't really understand that one either. :) Didn't come up with anything new. Kind of a slow day for me..
