Tasty Fries Inc. Will Launch Its Revolutionary French Fry Vending
Machine At Anuga, World's Largest Food And Beverage Show, In
October

Company also appoints William P. Davis, Jr., director of manufacturing

BLUE BELL, Penn., Sept. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Tasty Fries Inc. (OTC:FRYA), a development stage company on the brink
of evolving into its commercial phase, announced today that it has chosen to launch its French fry vending machine at
ANUGA, the world's largest food and drink trade show, in Cologne, Germany, on October 11-16, 1997.

``ANUGA is the perfect venue in which to officially launch our French fry vending machine into the world market,'' said
Christopher A. Plunkett, Tasty Fries's executive vice president.

The ANUGA show is a six-day event which is held bi-annually and hosts the top international management from the food and
drink industry and includes the presence of exhibitors and buyers from all over the world. The 1995 ANUGA show was
attended by nearly 200,000 buyers from 152 different countries.

The Company also announced the appointment of William P. Davis, Jr., to serve as the company's director of manufacturing,
effective immediately.

``The addition of Bill Davis provides Tasty Fries with a tremendously experienced manufacturing expert who has a
distinguished track record,'' said Edward C. Kelly, president and chief executive officer of Tasty Fries Inc. ``We are confident
that his appointment will have a very positive impact on the Company's schedule to complete tooling and start commercial
production of our breakthrough French fry vending machine.''

The Tasty Fries(TM) vending machine is a revolutionary advance -- the first multi-patented vending machine to prepare, cook
and dispense French fries, in about one minute, with the flavor, aroma and texture of freshly cut French fries. Tasty Fries are
made from a top-quality Idaho russet potato and cooked in cholesterol-free oil using a patented state-of-the-art robotic
technology. The company intends to sell or lease its Tasty Fries machines and products on a non-exclusive basis to
established, well-financed vending companies. The machines are expected to be located in high-traffic locations such as
airports, bus and train stations, universities, schools, military bases, theaters, work areas and recreational venues.

Regarding Mr. Davis, from 1990 to 1997, he served as founder and co-owner of Builtright Products Inc., where he
co-invented a hot food vending machine. While at Builtright Products Inc., Mr. Davis's primary responsibility was to identify
and then translate market needs into manufactured products that could be marketed effectively to the vending-machine
industry. From 1986 to the present, Mr. Davis also has been a co-founder and co-owner of Advanced Research Technology
Services Inc., which developed and marketed The Assurance Function, a unique business management software tool. He
holds a bachelor of science degree in materials science from Virginia Tech University.

``This is an ideal situation for me to use my experience in manufacturing processes, with particular experience in the vending
industry, to help bring the Tasty Fries machine to market in the very near term,'' said Davis. ``I believe that Tasty Fries
represents a revolutionary breakthrough that will absolutely alter the way people buy fries, and I am very much looking
forward to helping make Tasty Fries a big success.''

Except for any historical information contained herein, the matters discussed in this press release contain ``forward looking
statements'' that involve risks and uncertainties which are described in the Company's SEC reports.
