You sound terrific in the interview.

You have a much more sincere and believable presentation than Tom Jeffries, whose well practiced delivery reminds me of an infomercial.

By the way, sales in the higher-end home market in California are indeed quite dead.

A friend of mine who builds in Sacramento, no portion of which fits the high-end description, is deeply discounting his existing home inventory to avoid getting stuck with it. He says the new home market stopped three weeks ago.
