Walter; If the mastermind was Felderhoff, he may have sought an incompetent for head office. One trip to the heat and bugs of the jungle planet and he would actively stay away, let it be known to him that a few dollies are acceptablelet him have a limo and some other perks, and you have a tractable buffoon to be the point man.
It may be egalitarion to say 'innocent....guilty', but it shows a complete lack of common sense, as well as management acumen to keep him in that position. At the lest he should be suspended, and an interim CEO appointed by the board(what there is valuable of it left).
It must be faced, all the BRE-X assets must go to others, via lawsuits or sales, as there is no way BRE-X can ever be an exploration company again. Who would ever trust BRE-X, what Bank, Country, Investor...not one will ever send $ to BRE-X or trust BRE-X to do any task.
Bresea has a chance, but the taint of BRE-X needs to be expunged by Walsh, Exit stage left on his part. All the Board must be removed.
Any lawsuits that ensue after that will be against new directors, and will not relate to BRE-X, but to new offences by the board, which I hope they will not do, as they will be responsible people of substance and not scamsters. I do not know who the dissension group has picked, but I would prefer any one they choose to any rump of Walsh/Felderhoff. I also think they are right to play their hands close.
Any shareholder who believes otherwise, is an imprinted(like the ducklings) sucker(you get to cheat them many times, and the crooks love them)
