Not sure how much draining they can do, Have you seen the lawsuit out there. It looks like the directors are in big trouble. I wonder what their personal attorneys are telling them, assuming they are bright enough to get personal attorneys, as opposed to the stories management must be telling them. And it looks like this 2 bit CPA firm they hired is in big trouble to. Did you read the last 10q they filed. Management and the CPA's claim they didn't know the debenture had the same repayment terms as the preferred stock. Hell, the only way they could make that statement is they never read the debenture document or they were hoping no one else would ever read it. I have a son who is a freshman accounting student, when he read it he said to me, "Dad, I sure hope they have a big insurance policy."
