Carrera,

How do I vote no on the merger if I am not going to be at the meeting and it is not a question that has been posed prior to the meeting?

My understanding is that by DE State Law, unless I object to the merger (if it so happens) I can not request an objective evaluation of the company (and my stock)

Any thoughts?
