Tools $21 Million Commitment Made by Leading Supplier of Customized Integrated Circuits SEPT. 15 Sept 12, AVNT buys VLSI division for $17,500,000 in stock and cash. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. AVNT sure is burning up the pr wires these days. The "indisputable" king of releases seems to be doing alot of business with itself, (joint ventures) unnamed customers, and ala Diana Corp confusing the marketplace with all these transactions. Who is running the store while they are busy concentrating on the criminal and civil cases against them individually and corporatewise? Who is running the shop while they do all these "deals"?
