You got it and I agree with everything you point out. The only thing is Wood and company were able to pull out millions in bonuses and salary over the last couple of years. Unless they get this to court soon, they will pay out again in early 2006. And they will continue to as long as the board approves it until someone steps in. One thing, they are not stupid (unless it comes to real accounting issues as you point out). They will drain it until they can't anymore.
