Is this why the stock went up yesterday late afternoon? LOL. Nothing but a company dairy.

IPO on the Alaska oil field -- I guess that is where he is planning to scam for the money for finding the oil. He is a scam master<g>.

Escopeta is still private now, so maybe they can do the IPO, their reputation is still ok.
