When I play the indices, I go both ways. I don't know which way we go now until the EOY. Probably just mush around is my best guess.

Bot some FSTR (15.72). Another infrastructure play that broke out.. Hope it behaves like PWEI.. Low outstanding, 10 mil, good revs, good institutional following. 48%..
