I checked from waverider site as city of Buffalo in MN is using there
system. I used to live at one time close by. I called city office
and was directed to a gentlman NAMED Tim. He said they installed
system four years ago works great total cost about $70000 for
$10000/tower total of seven towers. Have customers out up to 8 miles
doing well even in MN bad winter. Only customer at 8 miles has
problem if ice covers completly the antenna. Only one full time and
two part timers are maintaining the network. No major problems in
four years, speed upto 2 MB are offered. Appears very cheap solution
for remote areas
