Hansen Gray & Company, Inc. Completes Acquisition of Napp Tour, Inc.

LAS VEGAS, Dec. 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Hansen Gray & Company, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: HGCP - News) announced that it has completed the acquisition of NAPP Tour, Inc., a development stage event management and marketing company headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada.
NAPP Tour is an entertainment company that plans to brand, host and televise national poker tournaments.
William H. Waldrop, Chairman and CEO of NAPP Tour said, "We plan to utilize proven successful organizational and business models similar to those of NASCAR, the PGA and USTA.
