Interestingly, in spite of what you think, WMA is not dead. It is doing ok - but it can't win against a company that does hardware too. I think IE will gain back the share. I don't see firefox going anywhere. It is very temporary. MSN messenger + Windows messenger - you have to look at worldwide. AOL is below MSN.
