I'm not sure the American people aren't going to turn on folks who supported the war- more than they already have done. I think if the Democrats put up an antiwar democrat, who actually had Ideas, he could win. I don't say "she" because I don't see any shes out there who could win, and I think America is still too sexist to elect a woman anyway.

There is a deep well of anger and distrust out there- if the Dems can tap it, they can win. And they aren't going to tap it with retreads like McCain and Lieberman.
