I'd have to agree. I beleived that based on the way they handled earnings (dropping bombshells everywhere) an aquisition deal had been worked out and they were clearing the slate, but over the past couple weeks its become evident that there is no deal coming down the pike short term IMHO. The road show confirms that, if there was a deal why waste your time mending fences.

Maybe there will be a deal but i think AAM needs to have two solid quarters first, and as you say the business model may be in trouble.

I pulled out at 18, took my profits and ran. CTYS looks like a much, much better deal short term.
