Whatever goes for the South Africans or Rhodesians, would go double for the Zionists, you can be sure of it.

Perhaps, but that misses the point. The point is that if Israel were in Africa rather than in the Middle East, nothing that they could do and no reaction of Europe to them could be as incendiary as the ME has been. Nothing that could happen in Uganda could consume the world like the problems in the ME do. Not even close. It's that special juxtaposition of Arabs and Jews on disputed holy ground that is incendiary. There's no historical animosity between Jews and the blacks of Uganda and patches of land there are pretty much fungible to anyone but the immediate families who live on them. It may have become a sore spot but never a tinderbox that threatened world peace. Unimaginable.
