I thought it was a good idea until I realized that everyone that wanted a free education would be committing crimes to get one. I don't believe that, but making them finish their educations is better than releasing them just as they are. Besides most kids don't want to be Brick layers or trades men, so we limit the options a little. The system we have isn't working, so maybe we could fix it? It is better than having more shooting and violence.
