You are continuing to argue that Hillary is better than the guys on the other side. Maybe she is, maybe she isn't. It doesn't matter. Pandering is a negative independent of any positives she might have and independent of any negatives anyone else may have. Her pandering may not be as unforgivable as, say, serial murder or starting unnecessary wars, but it's still not attractive. Comparing her pandering with anything else anyone else has done doesn't make her pandering attractive.

But I understand...She is trying to prevent getting swiftboated.

I sympathize. But it's still disreputable IMO. There's no way she could genuinely support criminalizing political expression. She doesn't have it in her, I don't think. So that would make her a liar and a hypocrite. Let's see--liar... Where have we heard that before?

As for getting swiftboated, she will be swiftboated regardless.
