Would rather take a loan and go to school than go to jail and go to school.

You can always garnish a small portion of there wages to pay for some of the school

And we would pay to educate them anyway. And if we can keep them out of the system, we save a minimum of $80,000 a year. It would be cheaper to pay most criminals $35,000 a year to stay honest than it is to keep them in prison. And if they are working they pay taxes......oooohhhh taxes..... I can Hear paul Martin now!!!!!
