Can't fault your logic, but if any of the board members ever read sarbanes / oxley they would be talking to their own personal lawyers. What amazes me is why that new director took the job, knowing he was facing a lawsuit. I wonder what type of hogwash story his good buddy wood was telling him. Wood maybe doesn't care about mis-stating facts in the SEC filings, but the chief financial officer must be shaking in their boots. And that 2 bit CPA firm, odds are they will never certify another report for an SEC client after the SEC starts reviewing thier reports and realize the extent of the errors in it. Where's capt hook, leigh and paul? what's your take?
