Yes, traditionally they vote republican. When they first came from Cuba they were the best and brightest. That's why they left the communist regime.

Thing is though that the population of So. Fla has grown to the extent that the Cubans are now outnumbered by Latinos from other coutries that didn't flee for the same reasons and are more liberal.
