impossible to deal with people that have nothing to lose since they cannot grasp the understanding of deterrence. In your own words you fail to understand the most basic of human motivations. Which is precisely our current problem in Iraq. We have the high ground, with our knee on their necks, and dammit, if the fools don't keep struggling. The real shocker is that some people failed to anticipate this.
