I can understand why this chart Federal Deficits and Surpluses, 1940 - 2005 (as a percentage of GDP) is not one you want others to see. It that because this chart from the same location as yours is far far too complex for you to understand.

As I have said I don't see big problem. With the productivity increases being measured, the resultant GDP growth will be rosy.

Considering the 911 costs and things like the recent Katrina costs, your Federal Deficits negativity is just sky is falling nonsense.
