Yes, but sounds even worse. This guy was medically ill, the airport employees were informed about the situation that he was getting agitated with his wife. He panicked and had to get out of the plane, then they shot him.

No one has answered my question:

How do I now get my mentally retarded sister to Calif when airplane workers are murdering people that panic on a flight?

Where's the law that guarantees her right to fly on an airplane? Right now, only the Airline Escorts get informed if someone is handicapped, but they are not required to inform the Airline Stewards nor the Air Marshalls with the guns. So I have no way of knowing whether she would be safe on an airplane.
