Mr. Stephen Roman of Exall reports

EXALL RESOURCES LIMITED: BRUCE CHANNEL GOLD DISCOVERY CONTINUES TO EXPAND

Exall Resources Ltd. and Southern Star Resources Inc. have recorded further significant intersections that expand the Bruce Channel gold discovery on the Gold Eagle property, Red Lake, Ont. Two diamond drill rigs continue to drill the gold-bearing structures which remain open at depth and along strike.

Highlights:

* current drilling continues to intersect a significant mineralized system; and
* multiple high-grade zones intersected in each drill hole.

Significant intersections include:

* BC11-1: 25.5 grams per tonne (g/t) (0.74 ounce per ton) over seven metres (22.97 feet);
* BC11-2: 7.26 g/t (0.21 ounce per ton) over 12.76 metres (41.76 feet);
* BC10-4: 18.36 g/t (0.54 ounce per ton) over 2.53 metres (8.30 feet); and
* BC6-A: 16.24 g/t (0.47 ounce per ton) over 1.25 metres (4.43 feet).

The BC11 series of holes is aimed at extending the BC10 zones westward. Following the completion of stage 1 of the BC11 "master hole" (azimuth 273 degrees -- 296 degrees, dip minus 75 degrees to minus 78 degrees), the first of the "daughter holes," BC11-1 (azimuth 313 degrees minus 351 degrees, dip minus 74 degrees to minus 70 degrees) was collared off a series of wedges commencing at 851 metres. This drill hole intersected the anticipated series of metasedimentary/metavolcanic lithologies with several zones of silification and carbonate alteration. Biotitic alteration occurs throughout the mineralized section. The BC11 series of drill holes is estimated to be approximately 45 metres down-plunge from BC10-2 (see news in Stockwatch Aug. 29, 2005, and Sept. 21, 2005)
