I would wonder, if Hillary supports criminalizing flag-burning, what other forms of political speech will she move to ban as President? How egregious could speech-control laws become and still get her signature once a pandering Congress sends them down Pennsylvania Avenue?

It's more than just pandering, it's a question of principle. She has compromised her support for free speech to pander to a certain constituency. Once you go down that slope, it gets really slippery.
