Property is normally stressful even without huge mortgages or an empty second house as an albatross hanging around your neck. I don't know if many of the new age speculators, flippers and those hunting down distressed sellers have yet tempered their incredible thirst and enthusiasm for property. Once these folks get tapped out all hell breaks lose..
