Carrenza, The Stafford Act of 1998 requires the Feds to pay for 90% of the infrastructure repairs costs. Wetlands were destroyed and it may be that the Feds are liable for these costs also under the act. Get your lawyers working. Also the broken levees could be negligence against the Feds under the Federal Tort Claims act and infrasture, private property, wetlands, you name it could all be their responsibility to pay for. Let the system work ( legal system). Don't worry.
