So a leader who lied to start a war and gets 3000 Americans killed and 25,000 wounded for life, in the process making terrorism worse gets a pass?

What about a pollutor that bribes a politician and proceeds to poison an entire are of the US where people and wildlife are affected by toxics? Including eventual deaths?

What about a CEO who runs a ponzi scheme on his people and investors and scams them, wiping out their life-savings?

Or a politician who, wanting to pay for a tax cut to billionaires, wipes out the Medicaid for 100,000 poor children?

Or a traitor who outs a CIA agent during war-time for partisan politican reasons?

In a more just world, firing squads would be available for all of the above, not expensive lawyers, excuses and pardons.
