Sold because:
Don't trust mngt.
Too much uncertainty regarding actua values of newco stock(Try quoting MRNTV.pk)
Continued moves by mngt to furthwer shaft the KQ holders. Anyway I sold most in the 1.44 range so I'm happy at present.

TGB has warrants getting sold off through January and even some next year wgich should continue to wegh in on the price.
